'Despised' in the Bible

They would not accept my counsel,And they spurned all my rebuke.

And you say, “How I hated instruction and discipline,And my heart despised correction and reproof!

A man will be commended according to his insight and sound judgment,But the one who is of a perverse mind will be despised.
