'Died' in the Bible

[While] he was still speaking, they came from the synagogue ruler's [house] saying, "Your daughter has died. Why trouble the Teacher further?"

And it came out, screaming and convulsing [him] greatly, and he became as if [he were] dead, so that most [of them] said, "He has died!"

There were seven brothers, and the first took a wife. And [when he] died, he did not leave descendants.

And the second took her, and he died without leaving descendants. And the third likewise.

And the seven did not leave descendants. Last of all the woman also died.

And Pilate was surprised that he was already dead, and summoning the centurion, asked him whether he had died already.
