'Divine' in the Bible

When Gentiles, who do not have the Law [since it was given only to Jews], do instinctively the things the Law requires [guided only by their conscience], they are a law to themselves, though they do not have the Law.

For the Law results in [God’s] wrath [against sin], but where there is no law, there is no violation [of it either].

And having been set free from sin, you have become the slaves of righteousness [of conformity to God’s will and purpose].

But what was the divine reply to him? "I have reserved for myself 7,000 people who have not knelt to worship Baal."
