'Fills' in the Bible

When he fills his stomach,God will send His burning anger against him,raining it down on him while he is eating.

Do you make him leap like a locust?His proud snorting fills one with terror.

Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice;let the sea and all that fills it resound.
