'Hand to hand' in the Bible

If two men get into a hand-to-hand fight, and the wife of one of them gets involved to help her husband against his attacker, and she reaches out her hand and grabs his genitals,

Then he went up and lay on the boy: he put mouth to mouth, eye to eye, hand to hand. While he bent down over him, the boy’s flesh became warm.

Though they join hand to hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the descendants of the righteous shall be delivered.

An abomination to Jehovah is every proud one of heart, Hand to hand he is not acquitted.
