'Holy' in the Bible

The [reverent] fear of the Lord [that is, worshiping Him and regarding Him as truly awesome] is the beginning and the preeminent part of wisdom [its starting point and its essence],And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding and spiritual insight.

The backslider in heart will have his fill with his own [rotten] ways,But a good man will be satisfied with his ways [the godly thought and action which his heart pursues and in which he delights].

I have not learned [skillful and godly] wisdom,Nor do I have knowledge of the Holy One [who is the source of wisdom].
