'Iniquities' in the Bible

You have not bought Me aromatic cane with silver,or satisfied Me with the fat of your sacrifices.But you have burdened Me with your sins;you have wearied Me with your iniquities.

This is what the Lord says:Where is your mother’s divorce certificatethat I used to send her away?Or who were My creditors that I sold you to?Look, you were sold for your iniquities,and your mother was put awaybecause of your transgressions.

But He was pierced because of our transgressions,crushed because of our iniquities;punishment for our peace was on Him,and we are healed by His wounds.

He will see it out of His anguish,and He will be satisfied with His knowledge.My righteous Servant will justify many,and He will carry their iniquities.

But your iniquities have built barriersbetween you and your God,and your sins have made Him hide His face from youso that He does not listen.

For our transgressions have multiplied before You,and our sins testify against us.For our transgressions are with us,and we know our iniquities:

All of us have become like something unclean,and all our righteous acts are like a polluted garment;all of us wither like a leaf,and our iniquities carry us away like the wind.

for your iniquities and the iniquitiesof your fathers together,”says the Lord.“Because they burned incense on the mountainsand reproached Me on the hills,I will reward them fullyfor their former deeds.”
