And [when they] had crossed over the whole island as far as Paphos, they found a certain man, a magician, a Jewish false prophet whose name [was] Bar-Jesus,
And running under the lee of a certain small island called Cauda, we were able with difficulty to get the ship's boat under control.
And [after we] were brought safely through, then we found out that the island was called Malta.

And the sky was split apart like a scroll that is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved from their place.
And every island fled, and mountains were not found.
