'Know' in the Bible
saying, "{Leave us alone}, Jesus the Nazarene! Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!"
But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins,"--he said to the paralytic--
And he sleeps and gets up, night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows--{he does not know how}.
And from there he set out [and] went to the region of Tyre. And [when he] entered into a house, he wanted no one to know, and [yet] he was not able to escape notice.
(For he did not know what he should answer, because they were terrified.)
And from there they went out [and] passed through Galilee. And he did not want anyone to know,
You know the commandments: 'Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, do not defraud, honor your father and mother.'"
But Jesus said to them, "You do not know what you are asking! Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?"

Jesus said to them, "Are you not deceived because of this, [because you] do not know the scriptures or the power of God?
"Now learn the parable from the fig tree: Whenever its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near.

Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming--whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or early in the morning--
And again he came [and] found them sleeping, {for they could not keep their eyes open}, and they did not know what to reply to him.
But he denied [it], saying, "I neither know nor understand what you mean!" And he went out into the gateway, and a rooster crowed.
And he began to curse and to swear with an oath, "I do not know this man whom you are talking about!"
