'Perceive' in the Bible
{When he works} [on the] left, {I cannot perceive} [him]; he turns to [the] right, but I cannot see [him].
Indeed, God speaks in one [way], even in two, [yet] [someone] does not perceive it.
Who can perceive [his] errors? Acquit me from hidden [faults].
if you say, "Look, we do not know this," does not he who weighs hearts perceive [it]? And he who keeps your soul, he knows and will repay humankind according to his deeds.

saying to them, "Men, I perceive that the voyage is going {to end} with disaster and great loss, not only of the cargo and the ship, but also of our lives!"
saying, 'Go to this people and say, "{You will keep on hearing} and will never understand, and {you will keep on seeing} and will never perceive.
