'Minds' in the Bible
And while the people were in suspense and all were debating in their minds whether John might possibly be the Anointed One,
Amazement seized them all. "Glory to God!" was the abiding feeling. Yet fear flashed through their minds and they said, "We have seen strange things to-day."
But as for that in the good ground, it means those who, having listened to the Message with open minds and in a right spirit, hold it fast, and patiently yield a return.
"Make up your minds, however, not to prepare a defence beforehand,
