'Oppressor' in the Bible

The captives are completely at ease;they do not hear the voice of their oppressor.

May he vindicate the afflicted among the people,help the poor,and crush the oppressor.

The poor and the oppressor have this in common:the Lord gives light to the eyes of both.

Learn to do what is good.Seek justice.Correct the oppressor.Defend the rights of the fatherless.Plead the widow’s cause.

This is what the Lord says: Administer justice and righteousness. Rescue the victim of robbery from the hand of his oppressor. Don’t exploit or brutalize the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow. Don’t shed innocent blood in this place.

He has left His den like a lion,for their land has become a desolationbecause of the sword of the oppressor,because of His burning anger.

I will set up camp at My house against an army,against those who march back and forth,and no oppressor will march against them again,for now I have seen with My own eyes.
