'Ordained' in the Bible

For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.

He has ordained a lot for them;His hand allotted their portion with a measuring line.They will possess it forever;they will dwell in it from generation to generation.

“It is I who made the earth, and created man upon it.I stretched out the heavens with My handsAnd I ordained all their host.

I told you these things long ago; I announced them to you before they happened so that you couldn't say, "My idol did them; my carved image or metal idol ordained them.'
