'Ordained' in the Bible

“From everlasting I was established and ordained,From the beginning, before the earth existed, [I, godly wisdom, existed].

When he prepared the heavens I was there; when he ordained the circle upon the face of the deep;

Man’s steps are ordained by the Lord,How then can man understand his way?

Otherwise, they may drink and forget what has been ordained, perverting justice for all the oppressed.
