'Outcasts' in the Bible

If your outcasts are at the ends of the earth, from there the Lord your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you back.

The Lord builds up Jerusalem;He gathers the outcasts of Israel.

“Give us advice, make a decision;Cast your shadow like night at high noon;Hide the outcasts, do not betray the fugitive.

“Let the outcasts of Moab stay with you;Be a hiding place to them from the destroyer.”For the extortioner has come to an end, destruction has ceased,Oppressors have completely disappeared from the land.

‘I will bring upon Elam the four windsFrom the four ends of heaven,And will scatter them to all these winds;And there will be no nationTo which the outcasts of Elam will not go.

“In that day,” declares the Lord,“I will assemble the lameAnd gather the outcasts,Even those whom I have afflicted.

“I will make the lame a remnantAnd the outcasts a strong nation,And the Lord will reign over them in Mount ZionFrom now on and forever.
