'Pit' in the Bible

Like Sheol, we will swallow them alive and whole, {like those who descend to the pit}.

A deep pit is the mouth of an {adulteress}, [he with whom] Yahweh is angry will fall there.

For a deep pit is a prostitute, and a narrow well is {an adulteress}.

He who digs a pit, in it he will fall, and he who rolls a stone, on him it will come back.
