'Profaned' in the Bible

He [my companion] has put out his hands against those who were at peace with him;He has broken his covenant [of friendship and loyalty].

They have burned Your sanctuary to the ground;They have profaned the dwelling place of Your name.

You have spurned and repudiated the covenant with Your servant;You have profaned his crown [by casting it] in the dust.
