'Purposed' in the Bible

You have tried my heart;You have visited me by night;You have tested me and You find nothing;I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress.

Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked;Preserve me from violent menWho have purposed to trip up my feet.

Well then, where are your wise men?Please let them tell you,And let them understand what the Lord of hostsHas purposed against Egypt.

“For this the earth shall mournAnd the heavens above be dark,Because I have spoken, I have purposed,And I will not change My mind, nor will I turn from it.”
