'Redeem' in the Bible

God, redeem Israel, from all its distresses.

But I live with integrity;redeem me and be gracious to me.

Into Your hand I entrust my spirit;You redeem me, Lord, God of truth.

Rise up! Help us!Redeem us because of Your faithful love.

Yet these cannot redeem a personor pay his ransom to God—

But God will redeem my lifefrom the power of Sheol,for He will take me.Selah

Though many are against me,He will redeem me from my battle unharmed.

Draw near to me and redeem me;ransom me because of my enemies.

He will redeem them from oppression and violence,for their lives are precious in his sight.

Redeem me from human oppression,and I will keep Your precepts.

Defend my cause and redeem me;give me life as You promised.

And He will redeem Israelfrom all its sins.
