'River' in the Bible

But my brothers have acted treacherously like a cascading river, like torrential rivers that overflow.

Will the river-plant come up in its pride without wet earth? will the grass get tall without water?

As water disappears from the sea, or water evaporates from a river,

They were snatched away before their time,and their foundations were washed away by a river.

God spares his soul from the Pit,his life from crossing the river of death.

But if they do not obey,they will cross the river of deathand die without knowledge.

He takes his rest under the trees of the river, and in the pool, under the shade of the water-plants.
