'Seven' in the Bible
Then off it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and settle down there. As a result, that man’s last condition is worse than the first. That’s how it will also be with this evil generation.”
“How many loaves do you have?” Jesus asked them.“Seven,” they said, “and a few small fish.”
He took the seven loaves and the fish, and He gave thanks, broke them, and kept on giving them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.
They all ate and were filled. Then they collected the leftover pieces—seven large baskets full.
Or the seven loaves for the 4,000 and how many large baskets you collected?
Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how many times could my brother sin against me and I forgive him? As many as seven times?”
“I tell you, not as many as seven,” Jesus said to him, “but 70 times seven.
Now there were seven brothers among us. The first got married and died. Having no offspring, he left his wife to his brother.
The same happened to the second also, and the third, and so to all seven.
In the resurrection, therefore, whose wife will she be of the seven? For they all had married her.”
