'Small' in the Bible

Then I beat them fine as the dust before the wind;I emptied them out as the dirt of the streets.

There is the sea, great and broad,In which are swarms without number,Creatures both small and great.

He will bless those who fear and worship the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and submissive wonder],Both the small and the great.

I am small and despised,But I do not forget Your precepts.
