'Sprouts' in the Bible

Indeed, they sow the windand reap the whirlwind.There is no standing grain;what sprouts fails to yield flour.Even if they did,foreigners would swallow it up.

They speak mere words,With worthless oaths they make covenants;And judgment sprouts like poisonous weeds in the furrows of the field.
