'Stank' in the Bible

and the fish that are in the River die, and the River hath stank, and the Egyptians have been wearied of drinking waters from the River.'

And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt.

And they gathered them together upon heaps: and the land stank.
