'Swifter' in the Bible
Saul and Jonathan were lovely and pleasant in their lives, And in their death they were not divided: They were swifter than eagles, They were stronger than lions.
My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, And are spent without hope.
Now my days are swifter than a post: They flee away, they see no good,
Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots'shall be as the whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are ruined.
