'Tumult' in the Bible

The king said, “Is it well with the young man Absalom?” And Ahimaaz answered, “When Joab sent the king’s servant, and your servant, I saw a great tumult, but I did not know what it was.”

“He scorns the tumult of the city,The shoutings of the driver he does not hear.

Hide me from the secret counsel of evildoers,From the tumult of those who do iniquity,

Who stills the roaring of the seas,The roaring of their waves,And the tumult of the peoples.

For every boot of the booted warrior in the battle tumult,And cloak rolled in blood, will be for burning, fuel for the fire.
