'Upon' in the Bible

To You I shall offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving,And call upon the name of the Lord.

From my distress I called upon the Lord;The Lord answered me and set me in a large place.

Then I shall not be ashamedWhen I look upon all Your commandments.

Make Your face shine upon Your servant,And teach me Your statutes.

Trouble and anguish have come upon me,Yet Your commandments are my delight.
