'Urgent' in the Bible

And David said to Ahimelech, And is there not here under thy hand spear or sword? for I have neither brought my sword nor my weapons with me, for the king's business was urgent.

Do this now, my son, and deliver thyself, since thou hast come into the hand of thy friend: go, humble thyself, and be urgent with thy friend.

But they were urgent with loud voices, begging that he might be crucified. And their voices and those of the chief priests prevailed.

proclaim the word; be urgent in season and out of season, convict, rebuke, encourage, with all longsuffering and doctrine.
