'Whoever' in the Bible

Whoever remains in Zion and whoever is left in Jerusalem will be called holy—all in Jerusalem who are destined to live—

Whoever is found will be stabbed,and whoever is caught will die by the sword.

Whoever flees at the sound of panicwill fall into a pit,and whoever escapes from the pitwill be caught in a trap.For the windows are opened from heaven,and the foundations of the earth are shaken.

The fading flower of his beautiful splendor,which is on the summit above the rich valley,will be like a ripe fig before the summer harvest.Whoever sees it will swallow itwhile it is still in his hand.

If anyone attacks you,it is not from Me;whoever attacks youwill fall before you.

When you cry out,let your collection of idols deliver you!The wind will carry all of them off,a breath will take them away.But whoever takes refuge in Mewill inherit the landand possess My holy mountain.

They hatch viper’s eggsand weave spider’s webs.Whoever eats their eggs will die;crack one open, and a viper is hatched.

Truth is missing,and whoever turns from evil is plundered.The Lord saw that there was no justice,and He was offended.

Whoever is blessed in the landwill be blessed by the God of truth,and whoever swears in the landwill swear by the God of truth.For the former troubles will be forgottenand hidden from My sight.
