'Adding' in the Bible

For he has covered his face with his fat,Adding layers of fat to his thighs [giving himself up to pleasures],

You will prolong the king’s life [adding days upon days];His years will be like many generations.

For they have persecuted him whom You have struck,And they tell of the pain of those whom You have pierced and wounded.

Do not slander or malign a servant before his master [stay out of another’s personal life],Or he will curse you [for your interference], and you will be found guilty.

“Woe (judgment is coming) to the rebellious children,” declares the Lord,“Who carry out a plan, but not Mine,And make an alliance [by pouring out a libation], but not of My Spirit,In order to add sin to sin;
