'Answers' in the Bible

Her wisest princesses answer her;she even answers herself:

So David asked Jonathan, “Who will tell me if your father answers you harshly?”

Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of Yahweh. The God who answers with fire, He is God.”All the people answered, “That sounds good.”

I am a laughingstock to my friends,by calling on God, who answers me.The righteous and upright man is a laughingstock.

So how can you offer me such futile comfort?Your answers are deceptive.

If only Job were tested to the limit,because his answers are like those of wicked men.

I cry aloud to the Lord,and He answers me from His holy mountain.Selah

The poor man pleads,but the rich one answers roughly.

So Jeremiah the prophet said to them, “I have heard. I will now pray to the Lord your God according to your words, and every word that the Lord answers you I will tell you; I won’t withhold a word from you.”

And all those who heard Him were astounded at His understanding and His answers.
