'Arise' in the Bible

And he said to them, "Why are you frightened? And for what [reason] do doubts arise in your hearts?

They answered and said to him, "You are not also from Galilee, [are you]? Investigate and see that a prophet does not arise from Galilee!" [[

And from among you yourselves men will arise, speaking {perversions of the truth} in order to draw away the disciples after them.

Thus if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood, for on the basis of it the people received the law, what further need [is there] for another priest to arise according to the order of Melchizedek and not said to be according to the order of Aaron?
