'Avenges' in the Bible

For He who avenges blood [unjustly shed] remembers them (His people);He does not forget the cry of the afflicted and abused.

The God who avenges me,And subdues peoples (nations) under me.

O Lord, the God who avenges! O God who avenges, reveal your splendor!

The Lord avenges me. O Lord, your loyal love endures. Do not abandon those whom you have made!
