'Better' in the Bible

[The] little belonging to the righteous [is] better than [the] wealth of many wicked.

Because your loyal love [is] better than life, my lips will praise you.

For Yahweh it will be better than an ox [or] bull, horned [and] hoofed.

Because better [is] a day in your courtyards than a thousand [elsewhere]. I would rather be at the threshold of the house of my God than to dwell in [the] tents of wickedness.

[It is] better to take refuge in Yahweh than to trust in humans.

[It is] better to take refuge in Yahweh than to trust princes.

The law of your mouth [is] better to me than thousands of gold and silver [coins].
