'Borders' in the Bible

In those days Jehovah began to cut Israel short; and Hazael smote them in all the borders of Israel;

Then doth Menahem smite Tiphsah, and all who are in it, and its borders from Tirzah, for it opened not to him, and he smiteth it, all its pregnant women he hath ripped up.

And king Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the laver from off them; and took down the sea from off the brasen oxen that were under it, and put it upon a pavement of stones.

He smote the Philistines, even unto Gaza, and the borders thereof, from the tower of the watchmen to the fenced city.
