'Broke' in the Bible

You split open [the] sea by your strength; You broke [the] heads of [the] sea monsters in the waters.

There he broke [the] flames of [the] bow, [the] shield and sword and battle. Selah

Then he called for a famine upon the land; he broke every {supply} of bread.

Thus they provoked to anger by their deeds, and a plague broke out among them.
