'Collector' in the Bible

A discourse by the faithful collector. This is what this valiant man declared to the God with me, to the God with me, who then prevailed:

Your mind will meditate on the past terror:“Where is the accountant?Where is the tribute collector?Where is the one who spied out our defenses?”

“In his place one will arise who will send out a tax collector for the glory of the kingdom; but within a few days he will be shattered, though not in anger or in battle.

Then I will camp around My house [as a guard] because of an army,Because of him who passes by and returns;And no oppressor will again overrun them (Israel),For now My eyes are upon them [providentially protecting them].
