'Declared' in the Bible

[If] I shall be [declared] guilty, why then should I labor in vain?

what was declared by wise menand was not suppressed by their ancestors,

How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?

With whom hast thou declared words? And whose breath came forth from thee?

Then He saw it and declared it;He established it and also searched it out.
