'Declaring' in the Bible

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

And this declaring, I give no praise, because not for the better, but for the worse ye come together;

His secret, inner heart will become known, and so he will bow down to the ground and worship God, declaring, "God is truly among you!"
