'Delayed' in the Bible
But if that wicked slave says in his heart, ‘My master is delayed,’
Since the groom was delayed, they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
Now the people were waiting for Zechariah, and they began to wonder why he was delayed in the holy place.

But if I should be delayed, I have written so that you will know how people ought to act in God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.
In their greed they will exploit you with deceptive words. The ancient verdict against them is still in force, and their destruction is not delayed.
