'Drew' in the Bible
When the grape harvest drew near, he sent his slaves to the farmers to collect his fruit.
At that moment one of those with Jesus reached out his hand and drew his sword. He struck the high priest’s slave and cut off his ear.
And one of those who stood by drew his sword, struck the high priest’s slave, and cut off his ear.
As He drew near Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the road begging.
Jesus stopped and commanded that he be brought to Him. When he drew near, He asked him,
Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it, struck the high priest’s slave, and cut off his right ear. (The slave’s name was Malchus.)
When the jailer woke up and saw the doors of the prison open, he drew his sword and was going to kill himself, since he thought the prisoners had escaped.
