'Eye' in the Bible
My eye has wasted away with grief; It has become old because of all my adversaries.
Keep me as the apple of the eye;Hide me in the shadow of Your wings
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am in distress; My eye is wasted away from grief, my soul and my body also.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go;I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,On those who hope for His lovingkindness,
For He has delivered me from all trouble,And my eye has looked with satisfaction upon my enemies.
Their eye bulges from fatness; The imaginations of their heart run riot.
My eye has wasted away because of affliction;I have called upon You every day, O Lord;I have spread out my hands to You.
And my eye has looked exultantly upon my foes,My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me.
He who planted the ear, does He not hear?He who formed the eye, does He not see?
