'Fire' in the Bible

Can a man take fire to his chestAnd his clothes not be burned?

A worthless man devises and digs up evil,And the words on his lips are like a scorching fire.

For in doing so, you will heap coals of fire upon his head,And the Lord will reward you.

For lack of wood the fire goes out,And where there is no whisperer [who gossips], contention quiets down.

Like charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire,So is a contentious man to kindle strife.

Sheol, and the barren womb,Earth that is never satisfied with water,And fire that never says, “It is enough.”
