'Gracious' in the Bible

Hath God forgotten to be gracious? Hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah

But thou, O Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth.

Jehovah is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness.
