'Horn' in the Bible
Yahweh [is] my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock in whom I have taken refuge, my shield and the horn of my deliverance, my stronghold.
I say to the boastful, 'Do not boast!' and to the wicked, 'Do not lift up [your] horn!
Do not lift up high your horn. Do [not] speak with {arrogant pride}.'"
Blow [the] horn at new moon, at full moon, for our feast day,
For you [are] the glory of their strength, and by your favor our horn rises up,
And [so] my faithfulness and my loyal love [will be] with him, and in my name his horn will rise up.
But you have exalted my horn like [that of] a wild ox; you have anointed me with fresh oil.
With trumpets and sound of horn, shout joyfully before the king, Yahweh.
{He gives lavishly} to the needy; his righteousness endures forever. His horn rises high in honor.
There I will cause a horn to grow for David; I will set a lamp for my anointed one.
And he has raised high a horn for his people, praise for all his faithful-- for the children of Israel, a people close to him. Praise Yah.
Praise him with blast of horn; praise him with harp and lyre.
