'Land' in the Bible

The profit from the land is taken by all; the king is served by the field.

I have seen slaves riding on horses and princes walking like slaves on the land.

Woe to thee, O land, when thy king is a child, and thy princes eat in the morning!

Blessed art thou, O land, when thy king is the son of nobles, and thy princes eat in due season, for strength, and not for drunkenness!

Apportion what you have into seven, or even eight parts, because you don't know what disaster might befall the land.
