'Obscured' in the Bible

On that day they will roar over it,like the roaring of the sea.When one looks at the land,there will be darkness and distress;light will be obscured by clouds.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that there shall not be light; the shining shall be obscured.

because the sun was obscured; and the veil of the temple was torn in two.

But even if our gospel is [in some sense] hidden [behind a veil], it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing;
