'Peace' in the Bible
Then Eli answered, "Go in peace; and may the God of Israel grant your petition that you have asked of him."
The cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even to Gath; and its border did Israel deliver out of the hand of the Philistines. There was peace between Israel and the Amorites.
"You shall go down before me to Gilgal; and behold, I will come down to you, to offer burnt offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings: you shall wait seven days, until I come to you, and show you what you shall do."
But certain worthless fellows said, "How shall this man save us?" They despised him, and brought him no present. But he held his peace.
All the people went to Gilgal; and there they made Saul king before Yahweh in Gilgal; and there they offered sacrifices of peace offerings before Yahweh; and there Saul and all the men of Israel rejoiced greatly.
Saul said, "Bring here the burnt offering to me, and the peace offerings." He offered the burnt offering.
If he says, 'It is well;' your servant shall have peace: but if he be angry, then know that evil is determined by him.
Yahweh do so to Jonathan, and more also, should it please my father to do you evil, if I don't disclose it to you, and send you away, that you may go in peace: and Yahweh be with you, as he has been with my father.
Behold, I will send the boy, saying, 'Go, find the arrows!' If I tell the boy, 'Behold, the arrows are on this side of you. Take them;' then come; for there is peace to you and no hurt, as Yahweh lives.
Jonathan said to David, "Go in peace, because we have both sworn in the name of Yahweh, saying, 'Yahweh shall be between me and you, and between my seed and your seed, forever.'" He arose and departed; and Jonathan went into the city.
You shall tell him, 'Long life to you! Peace be to you, and peace be to your house, and peace be to all that you have.
So David received of her hand that which she had brought him: and he said to her, "Go up in peace to your house. Behold, I have listened to your voice, and have granted your request."
Therefore now return, and go in peace, that you not displease the lords of the Philistines."
