'Perceive' in the Bible

Lo, he goeth by me, and I see him not: he passeth on also, but I perceive him not.

“His sons achieve honor, but he does not know it;Or they become insignificant, but he does not perceive it.

“I would learn the words which He would answer,And perceive what He would say to me.

Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him:

{When he works} [on the] left, {I cannot perceive} [him]; he turns to [the] right, but I cannot see [him].

Why doesn't the Almighty reserve time for judgment? And why don't those who know him perceive his days?

"For God speaks, the first time in one way, the second time in another, though a person does not perceive it.

Even though you complain that you can't perceive him, your case is already pending for judgment in his presence so keep on placing your hope in him.

that you may take them to their borders and perceive the pathways to their homes?
