'Rushing' in the Bible

until an arrow pierces his {entrails}, like a bird rushing into a snare, but he does not know that {it will cost him his life}.

The mountains will melt under him and the valleys will burst open, like wax before the fire, like water rushing down a slope.

But with a rushing torrent he will bring [Nineveh] to an end; he will chase his enemies into darkness.
